Nora and Gino Mauro
Owners and Founders
Gino and Nora opened Nora’s Cuisine in 1991 with a modest seating capacity of 12. Over the years the restaurant has expanded and is now one of Las Vegas’ hottest restaurants, serving locals and guests from around the world. Nora and Gino have 3 sons (Giovanni, Claudio, Marcello) and 8 grandchildren that you might see running around in the restaurant from time to time. |

Marcello Mauro
General Manager
Marcello Mauro has been a part of Nora’s Cuisine since it’s opening in 1991. He has been in the restaurant industry for 15 years, graduated from UNLV and is the youngest of the sons. When not at Nora’s, Marcello loves spending time with his little ones, Ele, Kenny and Olivia and enjoys being outdoors. |

Daniel "Danny" Jones
Server/Social Media
Danny has worked here for over 6 and a half years. He has watched and been a part of Nora’s growth in the past 5 years. He has recently started running the Nora’s Cuisine website, social media, and marketing. He still works at night as a server, so don’t be shy, come in and sit in his section and get to know one of our longest tenured workers. |

Misael Macias
Chef
Misael started with Nora’s and quickly embraced executive chef Nora Mauro’s Italian cuisine. With his passion for cooking and his love for the restaurant, he has become Nora’s Chef. You can find Misael cooking everyday in the kitchen with that very same passion and an over all excitement for Italian cuisine. |
